The Maine Meal

The Maine Meal is co-owned by Mark & Kelly LaCasse. They launched their business in 2012 at 4 Madison Ave, Skowhegan, ME. The Maine Meal is a fully licensed commercial food manufacturing company that specializes in locally sourced, prepared meals and fresh pastas. They hold a school nutrition program contract with Community Regional Charter School, do some catering, and have community partnerships with Somerset Public Health and Skowhegan Outdoors for event and trip meals. Kelly also runs a food hub out of their building. Skowhegan FarmDrop is an online farmers market, bringing together many area farmers and makers for mid-week pick and delivery, every week, year-round. The overarching mission of The Maine Meal is to support a healthy and sustainable Maine food system!
