Maine Grains

Maine Grains is a gristmill located in downtown Skowhegan in the former Somerset County jailhouse. Since September 2012, Maine Grains has processed locally grown, organic and heritage grains for bakers, brewers, and chefs throughout the Northeast. Their traditional stone-milling process gives their customers the highest quality products and exceptional flavor.
