KVCAP is a non-profit Community Action Agency, serving the people of Kennebec, Somerset, Lincoln and Sagadahoc Counties. Since 1965, we have helped hundreds of thousands of residents overcome the challenges of poverty. We remain committed to the citizens of Central Maine and to helping people become, and remain, economically and socially stable.
